Competition Comment: This category had some cool stories and very neat photographs. With the criteria of writing being equal to photography in scoring, I felt some entries leaned one way or another, and the winner had a high-level of both to push that journalist to the top. One entrant did not read contest rules, which I always stress the importance of to potential contest entry editors. Thank you for some neat and informative journalism!
