Because of the font size choice, the brand name and the length of time serving the area equally draw the eye. Typically you would want a bigger contrast between the ad's headline and supporting points. The ad did a good job with letting the public know what services were offered and the lenght of time serving the area is good for building trust. I expected to see a URL along with the phone number. Overall a nicely done ad.
