Templated design works well, and treatment of sponsors within it is extremely clean and professional. Length of the profile of each subject is ideal -- long enough to be informative. but short enough people will actually read them. Feedback: On cover, especially since the images are postage-stamp size, crop the headshots much more tightly so their faces are much more prominent.

Nice execution on time lines and sidebars; love the font on those, too. Feedback: Nearly all photos need color correction.
