Description of decorated cars taking a farewell lap was easy to visual. Large pics that were not repetitive and captured emotion nicely.

Number of voices in the piece gave wide perspective. Could have gone with one or two less photos but not crucial.
Place Name: Third Place Contestant Name: The Madison County Eagle Entry Title: Rally, march for equality Entry Credit: Gracie Hart Brooks Judge Comment: Found the story to repetitive like other similar stories. Coverage was as expected with the usual details. Similar photos not necessary. Two walking photos and three photos of people at the mic. Could have eliminated one walking pic and two mic photos. Choose best pics and make them larger.
